Product Description

The TFT-H050A11FWIST4C20 is a 5.0-inch wide temperature IPS TFT-LCD monitor with projected capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 480x854 pixels. The module has built-in ST7701 driver IC and supports MIPI interface. TFT-H050A11FWIST4C20 adopts IPS panel, which has the advantage of wider viewing angle, left: 80/right: 80/up: 80/down: 80 degrees (typical), contrast ratio 800:1 (typical), brightness 500 nits (typical) value), glare panel, 16:9 aspect ratio. The touch screen has built-in GT911 IC, which supports I2C interface and multi-touch function. The H050A11 model has a projected capacitive touch panel (CTP), but no touch panel option (TFT-H050A11FWIST5N20). The supply voltage (VCC) of the TFT-H050A11FWIST4C20 is 3.0V to 3.6V, with a typical value of 3.3V. It can work in temperatures from -20°C to +70°C and storage temperatures from -30°C to +80°C.
